Being Paleo – Week 1

Today was a very good day.  I was too busy at work to think about food other than what I had prepared.  I did use a dish to get rid of the remaining chocolate candies I had been given around Christmas.

Today’s Crossfit program:

  • 13 reps of Snatches to determine my 1 rep max
  • Weighted Dips
  • Basic ab and back strengthening

That’s it until tomorrow!
