Paleo Week 1 – Day 3 l Jeri’s Corner: Fitness and Food

Eating Paleo

I think I need to add more vegetables to my meals.  I thought that eating salads would help me not feel full all of the time.  It only took two days.  I had two meals today, breakfast and lunch, an apple and a scone.  Hopefully, I can correct the problem next week or else this is going to be a long 3 months.

Tomorrow is going to be especially tough.  On Fridays someone usually brings in donuts, McDonald’s, bagels or something else that I know I will not be able to eat.  I will have to power all of my strength to stay away.  Maybe a double breakfast!

Crossfit

Tonight’s workout was “Randy”, 75 Power Snatches, Rx’d for women is 55lbs, for time.  I took too many breaks, 16:00 minutes exactly.  Will have to be this time next week.

I’m sore, but I feel good!
