Day 29 (10/14/13) – Weight 123.  The Incline yesterday was amazing.  There was a gentleman who was turning 65 soon and had never made it to the top until Sunday.  How inspiring and amazing.

Today, I tried to reach the massage therapist and go figure, they were closed today.  It does not look like I will be able to get in there before the Wednesday WOD.  So I might try to go in tomorrow and work on box jumps and anything else that does not require me to use my upper body.  Today is an off day.

Day 30 (10/15/13) – Weight 122.5.  Today is another off day.  I am waiting to hear back from the massage place to set up an appointment.  I do not think that it is going to happen today! So I will be going in to do the WOD challenge tomorrow.

Day 31 (10/16/13) – 123.  Today was the day to perform WOD 6, 100 Double Unders as a buy in, which means you just have to do this one time to start the 5 rounds of 10 Power Cleans and 10 Ring Dips.  Once again, I performed this at level 3, which is the highest level of difficulty.  The weight for the power clean  was 100lbs.  My one rep max is 125 so I felt comfortable.  The time cap was 12 minutes.  I finished in 12:30 and I am ok with that score.  I was able to get into the 4th round and finish the 10 cleans, but missed the 10 ring dips and the fifth round.  There were not a lot of women competing at level 3 and then it occurred to me that they probably could not do the ring dips.  Oddly enough, I really cranked through the ring dips and that usually slows me down.  I think I owe it to the music!  We used my ipod and I have some rockin workout music.

I thought I was going to have a problem with my shoulder, but I did not.  I think the couple of days off is really what I needed.  I was finally able to reach the massage place, so now I have an appointment.  Unfortunately, it’s not until the end of the month.  I know that I will not be able to stay out of the box for two weeks, so we will see what happens.  I do feel good!

Day 32 (10/17/13) Weight 124.  Shoulder feels good this morning and not a lot of pain.  Tonight I have the option of performing 1 of 2 WODs, Cindy and Mary.  Mary is too easy for my skill level.  Mary is 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats.  Cindy is a little more challenging and one exercise is part of my goal which is handstand push ups.  A little worried about my shoulder but that is the one I will perform.  Cindy is 5 handstand push ups, 10 pistols, 15 pull ups.

That might not have been the best decision, I should have went easy.  I performed two rounds of Cindy and had to stop.  At that point I could not do anything else unless it involved my lower body.  More icing tonight and some meds and lets see what tomorrow brings!

Day 33 (10/18/13) Weight 124.  I probably should have performed Mary.  I was only able to get in 2 rounds of Cindy before I had to call it quits.  Too much too soon and now I am back to the pain.  Tonight, I am safe to go into the box because we are focusing on 100 meter spring work.

Day 34 (10/19/13) Weight 123.5.  Legs are a little sore this morning and my shoulder, but I am going to make my way into the box.  I will take it easy by practicing my 400 meter run and I will perform Annie with double unders and sit ups as well as Give Me 10 with walking lunges and push ups.

Day 35 (10/20/13) Weight 123.5.  Day Off.
